Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) F1CERU32090100 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-14. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business Set-Aside. (v) CLIN 0001 - Meterologic MS9520 or equal laser scanner (2 each). CLIN 0002 - Cog Del Sol 2.4 DT Ser/Par (1 each). CLIN 0003 - Labels 2.3 x 1 DT case axiom (1 each). CLIN 0004 - M5500 Data Collector Scanner (2 each). CLIN 0005 – Keystroke Classic 3 user win. (1 each). CLIN 0006 – Installation of all above items. (vi) N/A (vii) FOB Destination to Andersen AFB, Guam 96543 with a delivery of 30 days after receipt of contract award. (viii) FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial applies to this acquisition. (ix) The evaluation criteria for award will be based off of the contractor’s ability to meet the delivery time, the ability to ship items FOB Destination, and price. (x) A completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, must be submitted with the contractor’s offer. (xi) FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The additional clauses contained in 52.212-5 are also applicable: Clause 19 and Clause 24 (both of which are located within FAR Clause 52.212-5). (xiii) N/A (xiv) N/A (xv) N/A (xvi) Offers are due to this office no later than 10 Sep 2003 at 1500 Local Guam Time.
