- Solicitation for NSN 3438-00-198-8348, LTC03210013538, Screen, Welding. The description covers a portable folding welding screen of three panels, each 4 feet wide and 6 feet tall. The screening material is a vinyl covered fabric. The screen is used around arc and gas welding operations to shield passers by from ultraviolet, visible and infrared radiation produced by the welding process and to prevent accidental fires that may otherwise be started by flying sparks and hot slag. Proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Delivery is 250 days ARO. FOB is Destination to East Location W25G1U Defense Distribution Depot, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113-134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, with an estimated annual quantity of 106 each. Shipments may also be made to West Location W62G2T Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, 25600 S. Chrisman Road, Receiving Warehouse 10, Tracy, CA 95376-5000, with an estimated annual requirement of 70 each. Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. QAP is 002. Small Business Set-Aside. This final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
