- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Harris Corporation, P.O. Box 37, Melbourne, FL 32902 for the purchase of Cellular Telephone Interrogation Device. Harris Corp. is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing this type of equipment. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted. See Note 22.
