Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 4 each: Monark 828E ergometry bike. Please note NO EQUAL ITEMS ARE ACCEPTABLE. IT MUST BE THIS MODEL. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F2AMDS32311400. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 336991 applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to Spangdahlem AB, Germany.
