Description

NA NSN: 6610-01-165-2104, PN: 7-211C10002, Quantity: 35 each applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA, Texarkana, TX, and Stockton, CA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 35 each, 225 Days After C ontract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 35 each, 180 Days DACA. This item is restricted to the approved small businesses Kearflex Engineering Co. Inc., Cage Code 26136 and Ae rosonic Corporation, Cage Code 98810 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encour aged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsib le sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stat ed above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
