- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), PMW-151, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with CM2 Group, 8221 Old Courthouse RD #300, Vienna, VA 22182-3839. This contract will identify a consolidated medial records process. The contractor will provide a report containing the analysis of business processes and medical analysis definitions to SPAWAR PMW 151 and the Theater Medical Program Office (Maritime). The process analysis will focus on defining the business process and workflow procedures. The report will document how well the capabilities provided by the Theater Medical Information Program (TMIP) - Maritime Block 1 application suite supports the Business Process in theater. SPAWAR anticipates the award of a firm fixed price type contract. The period of performance will be twenty-one (21) days from the date of award. The Government is not soliciting proposals in response to this synopsis as a determination of sole source is on file. However, since it is the policy of the Government to foster competition, any prospective offeror may provide information, which the Government will consider in its continued review of the sole-source nature of the requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541611. The solicitation will be issued without further notice and will be available on the SPAWAR E-Commerce Central website.
