- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled EXPERIMENTAL VACUUM CHAMBER FOR THE PROPULSION RESEARCH LABORATORY(PRL) NASA MARSHALL SPACE FLIGHT CENTER and SOLICITATION NO. 4200021477 which was posted on August 22, 2003.
