- Contractor to furnish all tools, parts, equipment, personnel, supervision, transportation and other items or services necessary to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on various types of carts located at the Ft. Carson Commissary, CO. Evaluation of the quotes shall be on an "all or non" basis. The Request for Quotation will be released on or about September 9, 2003. This Request for Quotation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. Only written requests will be accepted, facsimile or email acceptable must contain the following information: solicitation number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone nmber, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
