Description

This solicitation is being issued as Intent to Award on a sole source basis to Commerce Clearing House, Incorporated, P.O. Box 4307, Carol Stream, IL 60197-4307 for certain legal publications, subscriptions and update services in accordance with FAR Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for $87,000.00. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires access to legal publications, legal subscriptions and update services. Examples of titles that shall be provided by CCH Incorporated are Accountants SEC Practice Manual, Accounting Articles, American Stock Exchange Guide, Bankruptcy Law Report, Boston Stock Exchange Guide, Canada Corporation Law Reporter, Chicago Board Options Exchange Guide, Commodity Futures Law Reporter, Capital Changes Reporter, Congressional Index, Contract Appeals Decision Reporter, Corporate Secretary’s Guide, Federal Banking Law Reporter, Federal Securities Law Report Newsletter, Mutual Funds Guide, NASAA Reports, NASD Manual, New York Stock Exchange Guide, Pacific Stock Exchange Guide, Philadelphia Stock Exchange Guide, SEC Accounting Rules, Securities Transfer Guide, Tax Court Reporter, Taxes, Trade Regulation Reporter, and Blue Sky Law Reporter. Interested parties are advised that no solicitation is available for this acquisition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or to submit a capability statement. The period of performance shall be for one year. Accordingly the SEC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Commerce Clearing House, Inc.
