- Description
- Provide Contractor operated and maintained helicopter flight services consisting of one light turbine Bell 206BIII or equal helicopter in support of the US Fish & Wildlife Service natural resource and wildland fire management programs at Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge, Folkston, Georgia. The Contractor will be required to hold a current Federal Aviation Administration air carrier and operating certificate for the category and class of aircraft required under the contract. They will also be required to be certificated under 14 CFR, Part 133, Rotorcraft External-Load Operations and Part 137, Agricultural Aircraft Operations. The term of the contract will be one year with options to renew for three additional years. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is September 15, 2003 and approximate closing date is October 7, 2003. The solicitation will be available online at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.oas.gov.
