Description: NA The Michigan National Guard has a requirement for a Transmission Dynamometer. Request for Quotation number DAHA20-03-T-2021 will be available on or about 5 September 2003 at our web site http://www.selfridgecontracting.com/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. Completed propsals must be submitted to the USPFO for Michigan no later than noon (local time), 16 September 2003. Eventual contract award will be based on Best Value and vendors should be prepared to submit a quote that they feel will best support our requirements.
