- Description
- Project is a Request for Proposal for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, requirements type contract. This will be a Performance Based Service Contract for mechanical site preparation for a base period and three optional one-year periods. Proposals will be evaluated based upon: Experience; Past Performance; Equipment; Price. Evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to price in the award decision. Work is located on the Cold Springs District, Ouachita National Forest in Logan and Scott Counties, Arkansas. Solicitation will be available on this web site on or about September 18, 2003.
