Description

The Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC), Expeditionary Warfare Development Center (EWDC), Marine Corps Base (MCB), Combat Development Tracking System (CDTS), Quantico, VA is seeking proposals and bids from perspective contractor/vendors for the following tasks: 1. Conduct Combat Development Tracking System (CDTS)Systems/Project Management. 2. Perform WEB collaborative development, programming, maintenance, and documentation. 3.Conduct User and Stakeholder Support. The Period of Performance is from 1 November 2003 to 31 October 2004. Sections C, F, and H are available and can be requested by email from the Point of Contact below. This will be a Best Value procurement based upon the following factors: Familiarity, Past Experience, and Project Management Plan. Your Technical Proposal is limited to ten (10) typewritten pages along with your Cost Proposal.
