- The work to be performed by the Contractor consists of providing and installing 40 trees and 1,640 shrubs specified along Hains Point, Washington, D.C. The work will be performed Spring of 2004. The contract is for a one time installation. The estimated magnitude of this procurement is between $45,000 to $60,000. This procurement is a commercial item. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730 with a small business size of $6 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. This procurement is 100-percent set-aside for small business concerns. A small business concern is defined as a concern (including all of its subsidiaries) having less than or equal to $6 million annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about September 8, 2003. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation.
