- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotes from vendors for BEP Stock number 2E026931 (6 each),Cable extension Keyence 5m for CV-7 camera system OP-42234 CV-07090 (5537), BEP Stock number 2E026930 (2 each) Camera Keyence CV-070-SO (5537), BEP Stock number 2E026909 (4 each), Camera with 3 meter cable Keyence CV-070, BEP Stock number 2E026913 ( 8 each) Ring light Keyence CV-R11 inverted sheet detector vision system, BEP Stock number 2E026932 (14 each) Cable Extension Keyence 5M OP-42235 mates to OP-42234 and BEP Stock number 2E026908 (4 each) Controller with integrated monitor Keyence CV-751-P. This is a combined synopsis notice and constitutes the only solicitation/written request for quotation that will be issued. The request for quotes for number is (RFQ-03-0625) Delivery terms are F.O.B destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, D Street between 13th & 14th Streets S.W. Washington, DC 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. Award shall be made on the basis of price alone. All interested businesses are to submit a written quotation, which will consider by the agency. Quotes shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended, any prompt payment discounts, company name, points of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status (i.e. small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). Quotations may be made on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations are due on 09/09/03 by 3:pm local time. Quotations may be faxed to 202-874-3135 or e-mailed to lorraine.wilson@bep.treas.gov
