Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) has identified a need to establish a national contract to provide Credit Reporting Services for employment purposes. The Contractor shall provide Credit Reporting Services to various FBOP locations throughout the United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico on an as needed basis. The Government contemplates award of Indefinite Delivery-Requirements contract with Firmed-Fixed Unit Prices. The anticipated term of the contract includes a one year base period and four one year option periods. The estimated quantities for the base year period is as follows: Line item one credit Reports for Employment Purpose 20,800; Line item two Matching Social Security Numbers 500; and Line item three Decoding of Trade Line Information 9,534. Option year one estimated quantities are as follows: Line item one Credit Reports for Employment Purpose 22,800; Line item two Matching Social Security Numbers 600; and Line item three Decoding of Trade Line Information 11,740. Option year two estimated quantities are as follows: Line item one Credit Reports for Employment Purpose 24,800; Line item two Matching Social Security Numbers 750; and Line item three Decoding of Trade Line Information 13,138. Option year three estimated quantities are as follows: Line item one Credit Reports for Employment Purpose 25,800; Line item two Matching Social Security Numbers 800; and Line item three Decoding of Trade Line Information 14,760. Option year four estimated quantities are as follows: Line item one Credit Reports for Employment Purpose 26,000; Line item two Matching Social Security Numbers 950; and Line item three Decoding of Trade Line Information 16,644. The base year period will be from date of award through 12 months, Option Year 1 period shall be from 13 months through 24 months from date of award, Option Year 2 period shall be from 25 months through 36 months from date of award, Option Year 3 period shall be from 37 months through 48 months from date of award, and Option Year 4 period shall be from 49 months through 60 months from date of award. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestrictive basis, open to both Small and Large businesses. The NAIC code is 561450. The FBOP anticipates posting the solicitation to the government electronic point of entry, Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about September 15, 2003. The response due date for quotations is September 29, 2003. All responsible sources meeting the requirements listed in the solicitation may submit a quote which will be considered by the FBOP.
