- Description
- The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a firm fixed price one-year contract on a sole source basis to Aspen Publishers, 1185 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036. Aspen Publishers shall provide access to legal publications, subscriptions, and upkeep services via print on a subscription basis. Titles shall include Administrative Law Treatise, Almanac of the Federal Judiciary, Antitrust Law, Business Torts Reporter, Directory Federal Court Guidelines, Edgar Filer Handbook, Farnsworth on Contracts, Fundamentals of Securities Regulation, Insider Trading, Internet & Technology Desk Reference, Law of Electronic Commerce, Law of the Internet, Macey on Corporation Law, New Wigmore on Evidence, Regulation of Corporate Disclosure, Securities Activities of Banks, Securities Regulation, Trial Techniques, U.S. Regulation of International Securities Markets, and Wigmore on Evidence. Interested parties are advised that no solicitation document is available for this requirement and may identify their interest and capacity by submitting a capabilities statement by September 18, 2003 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Operations Center, Room 1300, Mail Stop O-20, 6432 General Green Way, Alexandria, VA 22312, Attention: Belinda Douglas.
