Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to West Group Publications, P.O. Box 64833, St. Paul MN 55164-1803 for legal subscriptions, publications and update services in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The SEC requires access to print materials on a subscription basis that provide legal publications, subscriptions and update services. Examples of titles that shall be provided by West are Federal Civil Judicial Procedure and Rules, Federal Criminal Code & Rules; U.S. Code Annotated; Restatement of the Law; Texas Practice Series business Organizations; Federal Procedural Forms, Lawyers Edition; Federal Local Court Rules; American Law Reports; Federal Evidence; Federal Procedural Forms; Federal Procedure; Federal Rules Digest; Federal Rules of Evidence Digest; Federal Rules Service; Federal Trial handbook; Treatise on the Law of Contracts; Litigation and Practice under Rule 10b-5; Securities Practice; Securities Regulation; Testimonial Privileges; Securities and Federal Corporate Law Report; Securities and Federal Corporate Law; Insider Trading; Analysis of key SEC no-action Letters; West’s Bankruptcy Reporter; Federal Jury Practice and Instructions; Federal Practice and Procedure; West’s Federal Practice Digest; West’s Federal Reporter; Federal Rules Decisions and Rulings involving the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; West’s Federal Supplement; West’s General Digest; Consolidated Laws of NY; Supreme Court Reporter; Law of Trusts and Trustees; U.S. Court of Appeals for DC; and Federal Forms. Interested parties are advised that no solicitation document is available for this acquisition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capacity to respond to this requirement or to submit a capability statement. The period of performance shall be for one year. Accordingly the SEC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, West Group Publications.
