Description
Replacement digital/analog voice telephone systems as Private Branch Exchanges with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Atlanta, GA; VISN 7 Network Office and the following Community Based Outpatient Clinic sites – Cobb in Smyrna, GA; Lawrenceville, GA; Midtown Atlanta, GA; and Oakwood, GA. The basic requirement is for an on-premise, digital/analog voice PBX for all sites with attendant console(s) at Atlanta. Attendant console PCs with monitors and keyboards shall be provided and support automated directory access. Voice mail, automated attendant, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and call detail reporting are required for the VAMC Atlanta only. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functions must be supported for both trunks and end user devices. The PBX; Voice Mail/Automated Attendant; ACD, IVR and VoIP systems under consideration shall be contracted on the basis of one supplier providing all items in the statement of work as a total system including installation and warranty services. Offerors must be small disadvantaged business firms, veteran-owned small business firms, or disabled-veteran small business firms that possess a General Services Administration (GSA) Contract, Government Wide Area Contract (GWAC), or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). GWAC and BPA contracts must be worded that the Department of Veterans Affairs is authorized to order off those schedules. NAICS code 513310 with a size standard of 1,500 employees shall be used for determining the size standard of a small business. The proposal request package will only be available on the Web. The solicitation documents will be available for download 24 hours after this notice is posted. Enter the solicitation number as VHA-062.
