- Advanced Multi-band Communications Antenna System (AMCAS) One-on-One Session Instructions The purpose of these instructions is to provide follow-up information to the AMCAS Request for Information (RFI) #2 posted on both the HERBB and Federal Business Opportunities web sites. As stated in the RFI, the Government would like to host individual one-on-one sessions to allow interested AMCAS prime contractors (and members of their team) a venue in which to discuss RFI responses with the AMCAS Government team. The Government intends to use the information gathered to refine its program strategy. The following information will assist those companies planning to schedule one-on-one discussions: Location: MITRE Corporation 202 Burlington Rd (Route 62) Bedford, MA 01730-1420 Check-in: Please check-in at the MITRE Security Desk in Building M upon arrival. The Government will provide an escort to the particular meeting room. Availability: Sessions will be scheduled for 2-hour blocks beginning on 7 October 2003. The following sessions are available: 07 October 03: 8:00-10:00, 10:30-12:30, 1:30-3:30, 4:00-6:00 08 October 03: 8:00-10:00, 10:30-12:30, 1:30-3:30, 4:00-6:00 09 October 03: 8:00-10:00, 10:30-12:30, 1:30-3:30, 4:00-6:00 Scheduling: Reservations for one-on-one timeslots should be made with Ms. Janice Sullivan no later than 3:00 PM EDT on 26 September 2003.
