- This is a sources sought synopsis for the items listed below. This is not a request for proposal(s). These items are being considered for inclusion on contract F41608-00-D-0323. This is a long term requirements type contract with General Electric. The contract consists of sole source items. The items listed below are currently sole source. The first three items are coded “4D,” indicating a unique design capability that is only available through the prime vendor. The final item is coded “4H,” indicating a lack of sufficient data to allow competition. Qualification Requirements are currently not applicable to this requirement. If a source becomes qualified after the item has been added to the contract, the item will be removed from the contract when the next option is exercised.
