- Notice to offerors; funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation/RFP either before or after the bid opening/RFP closing date This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is F14614-03-Q-0023. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2001-09. This requirement is restricted to small businesses. Request is to purchase 2/EA Total station surveying equipment packages. High-precision applications, capability to measure distances to an accuracy of +/- 0.8 mm +1 ppm. Model #: Servo Total Station (DR200+#560370100) Package. Manufacturer: Trimble or equal. NAICS Code: 423490.
