Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-03-T-0111 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 423450, Size: 100. This procurement is a small purchase, unrestricted solicitation. CLIN 0001: PN: HM505NP, CAT: CR505120A CRYOSTATS WITH PELTIER QUICK FREEZE PLATES, INCLUDES HM505NP CRYOSTAT (954120), DISPOSABLE FNIFE HOLDER FRO HM505 (705470) AND HEAT EXTRACTOR FOR HM505 (52400) QTY: 03, Unit of Issue: EA. CLIN 0002: PN: MK30MM SPECIMEN CHUCK, QTY: 20, Unit of Issue: EA. CLIN 0003: PN: NPN, SHIPPING, QTY: 01, Unit of Issue: LO. The following clauses and provisions are applicable and will be incorporated into the solicitation by reference, and will be available in full text upon request. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-15.
