- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is RFQ-CAZ-3-111, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and one award will be made on a fixed price basis. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-15 with corrections dated August 25, 2003. (iv) Solicitation is a total small business concern set aside under NAICS Code: 453998, All Other Miscellaneous Store Retailers (except Tobacco Stores). The small business size standard for this NAICS Code is set at $6 Million or less. (v) Line Items: Item 1: Angled Modular Desk w/Return, ATD Model 20136 or equal. Qty 1.72” x 36” x 29 ½”, H desk section has computer pedestal and built-in corner with angled pullout keyboard shelf. 42” x 20” flush-height return has center drawer, file drawer and 2 box drawers.
