- Description
- The imaging technology shall be uncooled microbolometer focal plane array. The focal plane array shall be composed of a minimum of 320 x 240 elements. The Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference (NETD) shall be less than 100 mK (or 0.1°C). Accuracy shall be ± 2° C or <2% of detected temperature. Spectral range shall be within 7 to 14 micros. Range of temperature detection shall be at least from 0 to 150°C. Minimum focusing distance shall be 0.5 meter or less. Unit shall be ability to compensate for range of emissivities from 0.1 to 1.0. The unit shall have 3.0” or greater diagonal Liquid Crystal Display (LDC) screen. Accessory lens shall be available (telephoto lens, in particular), and unit shall be capable of accommodating such lens. Each battery shall provide a minimum of 1 hour of continuous use with all functions. Exported image formats shall be either .jpg, .tif, or .bmp Range of operating temperatures shall be from 0 to 40°C. Warranty: The vendor shall warrant the entire thermal imager free of defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one year effective upon delivery. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are begin requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RFQ52-95CV-03 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15.
