Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be written. Purchase Request Number, F7310631340100, is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561110, the size standard is $5Million. The government intends to solicit and award this purchase order for the following: services, Airman’s Attic Coordinator (See Statement of Work). Duties to include: Contractor shall provide services which will include a maximum 24 hours per week in the management and operation of the Airmen’s Attic, receiving donated items, sorting donations, stocking shelves, assisting customers, recording computerized customer statistics and supervising volunteers. Service to be provided 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004. This solicitation contains one line item; FOB point is Travis Air Force Base, CA 94535, Bldg 660. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without addenda. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Representation and Certifications- Commercial items with this offer. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items apply to this acquisition without the addenda. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. ALL REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION MUST BE THROUGH FAX OR EMAIL. NO REQUEST BY MAIL OR TELEPHONE WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO FAX OR EMAIL WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 15 SEP 2002. All potential contractors must comply with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) requirements to be considered responsive. .
