Description

This purpose of this Modification No. 1 to the above referenced Notice published on July 8, 2003 is to inform potential Offerors that the IBB intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for this negotiated firm-fixed-price procurement in late October 2003, with a proposal response date of 30 days after release. Please reference Solicitation No. 03-3284 on all correspondence regarding this notice. All written requests for copies of the RFP must include your company name, physical mailing address with zip code, telephone number, and facsimile number. No telephone requests for this RFP will be honored. As stated in the July 8, 2003 Notice, pursuant to FAR 19.1305 entitled "HUBZone set-aside procedures", this proposed contract is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Offers from other than HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered. All other terms and conditions of the previous Notice remain unchanged. Any questions related to this proposed procurement shall be in writing and shall be sent to the Contracting Officer, Gary Hosford (e-mail at ghosford@ibb.gov or via fax at 202-260-0855). This FBO notice is not a RFP, IFB, or RFQ.
