Description: This is an update to Solicitation No. 52-PAPT-3-01011 Data Quality and Records Management. For informational purposes, the estimated budget is $5 million over five years. Also, vendors are advised that the Organizational Conflict of Interest clause has been modified with the issuance of the actual RFP, and vendors are not specifically excluded because of work on other PTO contracts. The new COI clause allows for notification and submission of a mitigation plan.
