- The anticipated release date for the solicitation is revised from September 5, 2003 to September 30, 2003. The next exchange of information will be via issuance of the solicitation. No additional exchanges, pre-proposal conferences, or meetings between the Program Office or the Procurement Office will be entertained. The solicitation cover letter will include provisions for a written question and answer period that can be utilized by all interested parties to improve their understanding of the Government's requirement in order to increase efficiency in proposal preparation.
