- The Department of Veterans Affair, VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Bellsouth, 2180 Lake Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30319 to provide T-1 Line frame relay and PRI Service remote access server for the VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA. NLT 30 Days after award. Negotiations to begin on or about September 16, 2003. The NACIS code is 811213 size standard 6 millions. This Notice of intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
