- REPAIR F108-100/200/CMF56-2A/2B HPT INNER NOZZLE SUPPORT SOL F34601-03-Q-49201, 0C-ALC/LPKPA TINKER AFB OK 73145-3032. For additional information contact Billie Kindschuh/LPKPA/(405) 734-8094. Item 0001 Input/Output NSN: 2840-01-459-3039PN, P/N: 1316M38G01 and/or 1282M89G02 and/or 9212M36G04 and/or 9523M22G02. Repair F108 HPT Inner Nozzle Support. Anticipate award of a one-year contract for 7 each. Applicable to CFM 56-2A/2B F108-100, 200 and 201 engines; KC-135R aircraft. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145. Repair consists of rework/repair HPT Inner Nozzle Support, clean, FPI, eddy current, ultrasonic inspection, replace the shank nuts, pin replacement and diameter restoration by heat-treating as required to output HPT Nozzle Support. Item Description: HPT Nozzle Supports are one-piece nickel base alloy ring that supports the turbine nozzle inner platforms; the major portion of the nozzle axial load is carried by the inner support through the bolted flange of the support and nozzle inner platforms. Delivery: Item 0001: 7 each 30 days after receipt of order and reparable assets. IPE quantity of one unit will be required. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001. Approved Sources: GE Engine Services, Cincinnati OH 45215; Chromalloy Components Services, Inc., San Antonio TX 78226; Propulsion Technology Corp., Miami FL 33122; Snecma Services, Paris, France. The approximate solicitation issue date is 24 SEP 2003. The approximate solicitation response date is 27 NOV 2003.
