- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F45613-03-Q-A045 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561790. Small business size standard is $6,000,000. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The contractor shall provide Hood and Duct Cleaning and Maintenance as listed on the attached Pricing Schedule, Statement of Work and Wage Determination # 94-2565, Revision 19, Dated 18 July 2003, which are incorporated as part of this solicitation and can be downloaded at link: www.eps.gov. The performance period is 1 Oct 2003 through 30 Sept 2004.
