Description

NA (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This purchase request (PR) will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the following PR number: BDEFW3241K4187. . (iii) This PR and the provisions and clauses incorporated are t hose in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. (iv) This acquisition is unrestricted in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 339920. (v) This RFQ contains three (3) line items, unique specification for this requirement non -oxidize, adjustable straps, any size of bindings or snowboots will fits all and be able to add tails for flotation in case of heavy load, feature gray color scheme, longer heel strap and reinforced crampon for military applications. Poles are a custom wh ite pole with a light gray hand grip: 0001: Military Denali II Poles, part number 300031, Qty: 3,337 pairs. Line Item 0002: Military Denali 8 inches tails, Part Number 369054, Qty 3,337 pairs. Line Item 0003: MSR Military Denali Snwshoe with 4 inch ta ils, part number 335204, 3,337 pairs. (vi) The delivery date will be 15 Oct 2003 to 15 Nov 2003. Delivery location is Acceptance will be Government FOB destination to Fort Wainwright, Alaska. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the following addenda. (ix) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors technical acceptable, price and delivery time. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the bes t value to the government. (x) All offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Alt I) (See attached) (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commer cial Items applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2002).
