Description: NA Provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to repaint Runway & North Ramp stripping and letterings with white or yellow reflectorized paint to include markings and letterings at Wheeler Army Air field, Island of Oahu, HI. Modified two-step p rocess also termed C3 (customer, Contracting, and Commerce) process will be utilized as the procurement method. All interested contractors are required to attend the site visit scheduled on September 9, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time at Bldg 113, Directorate of Public Work at Wheeler Army Air Field. You are required to notify Robert Batangan no later than September 8, 2003 of your interest in attending the site visit by e-mail at Robert.Batangan@shafter.army.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail if you had attended previous industry forum briefing.
