Description: NA Rhode Island Army National Guard is requesting a proposal for a Continuing Operation Plan (COOP) Assessment to evaluate our Readiness to support an independent operational facility, should the current headquarters location be impacted by a COOP scenario. This will tentatively include the ability to operate at a secondary facility, and the ease of engagement of this facility. This project will incorporate Phases 1 and 2 of Business Continuity Planning best practices, and will provide decision points to lau nch Phase 3 to execute continuity strategies. See the Solicitation for more detailed information. Please note that the closing date/time for this solicitation is NLT 2:00PM on September 16, 2003.
