- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with HYDRAULICS INTERNATIONAL, INC., Chatsworth, California for Training in Malaysia on Linkless Ammunition Loading Systems (LALS), one (1) each Shaft, Load, Unload (P/N 029254-1), one (1) set Chute Assy, Flexible Conveyor (P/N 029293-1), one (1) each Shaft Assy, Drive (P/N 029294-1), one (1) each Knob, Manual Drive (P/N 029302-1), one hundred (100) each Casting, Element, Conveyor (P/N 3141AS471-1), one (1) each Lifting Bar Assy (P/N 3305AS393-1), Training in Malaysia on the MHU-83 D/E Aerial Lift Truck, one (1) each Exhaust Pipe (P/N 000993-147-1), one (1) each Exhaust Pipe Blanket (P/N 00993-148-1), one (1) each Intake Duct (P/N 000993-150-1), one (1) each Muffler Blanket (P/N 000993-151-1), one (1) each Throttle Cable Assy (P/N 000993-156), one (1) each Lever Assy (P/N 000993-158), one (1) each Steering Valve (P/N 000993-165), one (1) each Locking Brake Valve (P/N 000993-166), one (1) each Piston Pump (P/N 000993-216), one (1) each Hydrostatic Drive Pump (P/N 000993-217), two (2) each Solenoid (P/N 22000311), one (1) each Engine Mount (P/N 22000419), one (1) each Muffler (P/N 22000580), one (1) each Oil Cooler (P/N 22001536), twelve (12) each Fuel Filter (P/N 22001721), one (1) each Overflow Line (P/N 22001729), one (1) each Starter (P/N 22001738), one (1) each Starter Aid, 12V (P/N 22001907), one (1) each Alternator (P/N 22002091), one (1) each Fuel Injection Pump (P/N 22002370), one (1) each Engine, Diesel (P/N 2FL1011), one (1) each Plug Valve Assy, ?? The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawings or data. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
