Description

DEVELOP 8(A)/SDB INTERNET FORMS AND SYSTEM. Questions and Answers, Group 2, have been posted in Fedbizopps today. Additionally, all Attachments referenced in the SOO and RFP have been uploaded or otherwise responded to. See Question No. 123. SPECIAL NOTE: Comments made regarding SBA's preference for Sybase/ColdFusion in Q&A Group 1 have been revised in Q&A Group 2. Offerors may propose alternative solutions. If a proposed solution involves other than Sybase/ColdFusion, it must comply with SBA's Enterprise Architecture, or a waiver must be obtained. Specific reference to Sybase and ColdFusion has been removed from the RFP, paragraph L.10, Factor 3. See Question Nos. 109 and 110. In the event of any inconsistency between Q&A Group 1 and Q&A Group 2, Group 2 will prevail. A fully revised RFP document and SOO have been posted in Fedbizopps, based on changes noted in Q&A Group 1 and Q&A Group 2. Pending responses to Q&A Group 1 are not yet final. A final revised Q&A Group 1 will be posted as soon as possible. PLEASE SUBMIT ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS BY 4:00PM ET ON 9/8/03. AT THIS TIME, THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE REMAINS 9/12/03.
