Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented for additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F45613-03-Q-B024 is issued as a request for quote to provide all labor, tools, materials, supervision and transportation necessary to install Audio Visual equipment at the Munitions Maintenance Storage Complex, Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington per the Statement of Work (SOW). Work includes, but is not limited to supplying and installing surveillance cameras, microphones, monitors, cables, connections and related equipment to replace existing Audio Visual equipment at Munitions Maintenance Storage Complex. No Ozone Depleting Certification (ODC) required. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210, size standard $12M. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. All potential bidders must attend a site visit scheduled at 0900, 11 Sep 2003, please call TSgt Alfaro at 247-4885 for base access and site location.. Site visit is MANDATORY, failure to attend the scheduled site visit makes you ineligible for award. Quotations are due 18 Sep 03 by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Savings Time. Faxed or E-mailed quotations are allowed and will be considered. Submit quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and addressed to TSgt Eduardo V. Alfaro at the address indicated in this announcement. Quotes shall include the following items: 1) Pricing schedule, 2) Technical Solution, 3) Completed FAR 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, with Alternates I and II (accessible at the Air Force FAR site http://farsite.hill.af.mil), and 4) References of completed or on-going projects with similar requirements (provide name, telephone number, and point of contact). The anticipated award date is 24 Sep 2003. The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote by using the following Evaluation Criteria: 1) Technical Capabilities, 2) Price, and 3) Past Performance to arrive at an integrated best value decision.
