Description

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Indian Health Service, Rockville, Maryland intends to negotiate a sole source contract with National Indian Women's Health Resource Center, Park Hill, Oklahoma for the development of a healthcare funding clearinghouse resource to be utilized by the P.L. 93-638 Contractor and Urban Health programs and to provide women healthcare grant writing training specific to health related issues of Native American Women served by the Indian Health Service. The proposed contract will be for a one year period. A determination by the Governemnt not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solocitation is available.
