- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a SOLE SOURCE delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-03-G-0003, valued at approximately $107,953.00 to Sikorsky Aircraft Company for CH-53E Engine Support Fixtures (NSN 65720-35303-042). This effort will be awarded pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1 [10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)], only one responsible source has the unique capabilities and qualifications required to satisfy the Government's minimum needs. Sikorsky Aircraft Company of Stratford CT is the only known firm with the knowledge, experience, and technical data required to manufacture and deliver these items without substantial duplication of effort and cost to the Government and delays in meeting the Navy's requirements.
