NA ********************THIS QUOTATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED*************** Project Title: Install 20 inch Emergency Shutdown Valve at Warm Springs Dam, Lake Sonoma. Job Description: The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supplies necessary to install a 20 inch Emergency Shutdown Valve at the bottom of the wet well at Warm Springs Dam, Lake Somoma. The valve shall be configured to act as the Emergency Shutdown Valve for the Fishery Pipeline. This procurement will be conducted under FSC Code: Z299, SIC Code: 1629, and NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this NAICS Code is $28,500,000.00. All questions should be directed to the Contracting Specialist, James Garror, at (916) 557-5229, fax (916)557-7854. For assi stance with downloading the plans or specs or registering with the Plan Holder Register, please call Robert Ennis at (916)557-5238. This procurement is Small Business Set-Aside, and all responsible small businesses may respond. All PROPOSALS/BIDS/QUOTES are due in not later than 26 September 2003 at 02:00 pm. Ordering Solicitation: The solicitation for this project will be available on the Sacramento District Contracting Division’s Internet Home Page at http://ebs.spk.usace.army.mil/ for download ing. Any future amendments to the solicitation will also be available for download from this web site. Request for copies of this solicitation in any other formant than what is advertised will be disregarded. It is important that you first go to this we b site and under contract divisions home page, click on the advertised solicitation you are interested in. Go to plan holders registration. This will require you to establish a user name and password. Keep the user name and password and share it with an yone else in your organization that is responsible for registering your firm on plan holders lists. With our new system you only have to do the full registration one time. If you have your user name and password, you can always go back into the system a nd register for other jobs without having to go through the entire registration process. However, you can only do this by using your initial user name and password. In order to receive notification of any amendments to the solicitation you are required t o register for the plan holders’ list. Please complete all requested information. And at the bottom of this page, there is a bar that says download/view solicitation files. Select plans or specs from the drop down box and press go button. This will take you to the next page, then from there click on the file name and download. All responsible sources ma y submit a bid (Quote) which will be considered by the agency.
