- Amendment 01 has been posted to the NAVAIR website, http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/solicitation_view_action.cfm?Sol_No=N00019-02-R-3213. This amendment updates the delivery information, replaces the proposal instructions for the “Experience” volume, replaces Attachment 3, “TPSTM,” and makes other minor changes ..... The time and location of the pre-proposal conference (PPC) on 17 March 2003 has changed. The PPC will now be held at 21491 Great Mills Road, Lexington Park, MD 20653, upstairs conference room, beginning at 0745. Driving Directions: South on MD-235. Turn Right onto Great Mills Rd (MD-246). Building will be approximately 1 mile down, on right. Due to size limitations, companies are still asked to limit the number of personnel attending to the fewest necessary. If interested in attending, please contact the Contract Specialist (contact info below). ..... To those who have requested the library documentation -- a supplement to the library was mailed to the addresses previously provided, and is subject to the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement. .....
