- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F70SCV32191100 is here by issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside and is under the North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 334613, with a size standard of 1000 employees. Contractor shall provide quote for the following: Item 0001. DVCPRO Digital Videocassette, Length 66M Product code 24040066 (Fuji or Equal). Item 0002. DVCPRO Digital Videocassette, Length 126L, Product code 24040126 (Fuji or Equal). AWARD SHALL BE MADE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS WHO ARE CCR REGISTERED. Provisions at FAR 52.212-3 (Jul 2002), Offeror Representations and Certifications? Commercial Items with the quotation. A copy of the Representations and Certifications should be attached and completed and is available at www.farsite.hill.af.mil under FAR/52.212-3. FAR 52.212-4 (FEB 2002), Contract Terms and Conditions of commercial Items, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. FAR clause 52.212-5 (Apr 2003), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement States or Executive Orders for Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by full text.
