Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS APPROXIMATELY 8,559 RSF OF OFFICE SPACE FOR THREE (3) GOVERNMENT AGENCIES IN LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS REQUIREMENT: The Government’s lease is expiring and the General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 8,559 rentable square feet, which will yield approximately 7,443 usable square feet of office space for three (3) Government agencies in Little Rock, Arkansas. The spaces will be occupied by the following agencies: Department of Labor – Office of Federal Contracts Compliance – appx. 1,650 RSF Department of Labor – Wage and Hour – appx. 1,984 RSF Department of Labor – OSHA – appx. 4,925 RSF The agencies will have separate suites and separate lease agreements but must be co-located. The property must be within walking distance of public transportation and must provide a loading and unloading area. Preference will be given to locations nearest University Avenue. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years; Five (5) years firm term. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in the following delineated area: SOUTH: Interstate 630 NORTH: The Arkansas River EAST: Interstate 430 WEST: University Avenue EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 23, 2003 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address. 2) Legal description 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered provided via CAD file if available. 3) Square footage offered. 4) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
