Description

MODIFICATION TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION F02601-03-Q-0751, Remove/Regrade Oleandar Bushes & Install DG. Change section xvi which reads “A mandatory pre-offer site visit shall commence at 10 a.m. local time, 9 September 2003 at the Craycroft Gate of Davis-Monthan AFB. To ensure base access, please meet contact POC not later than 8 September 3:00 PM to advise of your intent to attend the Pre-Offer Site Visit. Meeting point for actual Site Visit will be Security Forces Pass & Registration Trailer, located outside the Swan Gate entrance to DMAFB (off of Golf Links Road), NLT 0930 on 9 September 2003. Completed quotes shall be due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, by 12 September 2003, 3 p.m. local time.” TO NOW READ “A mandatory pre-offer site visit shall commence at 10 a.m. local time, 9 September 2003 at the Craycroft Gate of Davis-Monthan AFB. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, by 12 September 2003, 3 p.m. local time.” This modification deletes the word “meet” from section xvi, sentence #2, and is being posted to ensure all prospective offerors understand to make contact with the POC (by mail, phone, fax, e-mail, or in person) before 8 Sep 03 NLT 3:00 PM to help verify the number of persons that can be expected for the scheduled Pre-Offer Site Visit. Offerors are reminded to bring the following items to the Pre-Offer Site Visit: - Current vehicle registration - Current vehicle insurance - Current proof of Identification (w/ photo) - Current drivers license All other terms and conditions of COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION F02601-03-Q-0751 remain the same.
