Description

DHQLGL04MPD0055 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Hardware and Software Branch (AQSS31), plans to issue a sole source contract to Max Software, 7175 West Jefferson Ave., Suite 1300, Denver, CO 80235-2351. This acquisition is for software license renewals for the period of 01 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04, at DISA computing centers in Mechanicsburg PA and St Louis MO. The purchase will include renewal of licenses, new releases and technical support. The software is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. The software products are MAX/PDF, MAX/DATA/UTILITY, and MAX/BATCH. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the request for quote shall provide an email notice to the contracting office to URL bowmant@scott.disa.mil. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a request for quote. The resultant order will be firm-fixed-price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered in making an evaluation of bids prior to the award of an order. Oral communications are not acceptable. NAICS code 511210.
