Description
NA PRON: AX3T7232AX, NSN: 2840-01-008-7887, PN: 1-190-008-04, Quantity: 292 each requirement applicable to the UH-1 Turbine Engine. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Glen Burnie, MD, Secacus, NJ, and Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Tes ting is 292 each, 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 292 each, 180 Days DACA. This is a Flight Safety Part. This item is restricted to Honeywell Internati onal Inc., Cage Code 99193, Sifco Custom Machining Co., Cage Code 13580 and Goodrich Turbomachinery Products, Cage Code 58556 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design ca pability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Quali fication Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; h owever, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
