Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure an upgrade of its existing Compact Disk (CD) Historical Archiving Hardware and Software to a DVD based Archiving Hardware and Software system from Jodian System's & Software, Inc. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 still shall be used.
