Description

The 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB DC intends to award a simplified acquisition purchase order to VistaSource Inc. for technical and telephone support of Applix software at the Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency (AFPCA), 1600 Air Force Pentagon, Washington DC for sixty (60) APP-MAIT-BASE, fifty-two (52) APP-MAIT-SPS, fifty-two (52) APP-MAIT-M-AIL, fifty-three (53) APP-MAINT-WORDS, fifty-three (53) APP-MAINT-GRAPH, fifty-three (53) APP-MAINT-PUBS and two (2) APP-MAINT-DATA. The service support will be provided for the period of 01 Oct 2003 through 30 Sep 2004, with two one-year options. The contractor shall perform all required maintenance support on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis for the duration of the contract. Award of this solicitation will be made on or about 30 Sep 2003. NAICS Code: 511210. SIC Code: 7372. This is an FY2004 requirement and is subject to the availability of funds IAW with FAR Part 52.232-19, Availability of Funds for the Next Fiscal Year. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
