- PR No: LTC03245014275; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Fluid Filter for the C-130 aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply, Pall Aeropower Corp (Cage 10989). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1650-00-891-3392; P/N 20011-3-10; AEQ = 207 Base Year, 168 per Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 375 Base Year and 336 each for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 63 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 2 Oct 03. The anticipated award date is 2 Dec 03. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies.
